Dr. Averell Forbes
I obtained my Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in 1994 and then completed my DVM degree at the WCVM in 2000. Shortly after graduation, I joined the staff at the Uncas Veterinary Clinic where I continue to work on a part-time basis. I live on a nearby acreage with my husband and our one-year old son. We have a black lab cross named Winnie and our cat Tessa.
My current hobbies include washing bottles, singing children’s songs and grabbing a nap whenever possible. In my spare time (ha ha), I enjoy gardening. It’s good to be back from maternity leave with the fun bunch at Uncas. Too bad that with all the recent changes at the clinic, I can’t seem to find anything!
